| | | | Hello! I am very excited with this news! I have procurred a new professional artist studio space at BOLM Studios in East Austin! I have plenty of room to create and display and I can get paint all over the floor without worrying about making the landlord angry! Woohoo! For years, I have worked out of a spare room in my own home but I have grown tired of having to worry about mussing up the floor and having to transport work outside for spraying glazes and adhesives. With this large open space, I can accomplish all aspects of my work more efficiently. Ahhhh.
You may know Bolm Studios as the epicenter of the East Austin Studio Tour, created 6 years ago by Jana, Joseph, & Shea...the founders of Bolm Studios, Sodalitas, E.A.S.T., & The Texas Bienniel. All of the artists at Bolm have been warm and welcoming to me and I am looking forward to having an art home there and being surrounded with other great artists in an inspiring place.
Aside from the working studios, there is a formal gallery at BOLM which hosts a variety of openings in which I look forward to being a part of in the near future.
At this time, Studio Logica will be open by appointment only. I hope to have regular studio hours coming in the fall, so stay tuned for that. I am thrilled to have a professional space to share my art with you and I hope to see you there soon!
